By participating in the OFFICE PAPER CHALLENGE, each APPLICANT accepts for itself and on behalf of its PARTICIPATING COMPANY this principle and agrees to honestly try their luck. In general, any misbehaviour resulting in the distortion of the actual principle of the OFFICE PAPER CHALLENGE (methods, tricks, tactics serving to eliminate the element of luck, etc.) or any attempted fraud or cheating by an APPLICANT shall void all his/her  entries.

No APPLICANT is authorised to participate in their own name in the OFFICE PAPER CHALLENGE. The number of APPLICANTS per SITE of a PARTICIPATING COMPANY for the prize draw is strictly limited to one during the period of validity of the OFFICE PAPER CHALLENGE. A SITE of a PARTICIPATING COMPANY can only be represented by one APPLICANT having the authority to act on the ParticipaTING Company’S behalf for the purpose of the OFFICE PAPER CHALLENGE.

APPLICANT shall be the sole point of contact of the ORGANISING COMPANY, except if the ORGANISING COMPANY decides otherwise.

3. Participation AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES OF the OFFICE PAPER CHALLENGE

Participation into the OFFICE PAPER CHALLENGE constitutes unrestricted and unreserved acceptance of all the clauses of these rules. The ORGANISING COMPANY shall be the final arbiter regarding any difficulties regarding their implementation. Except in the case of blatant error, it is agreed that information from the ORGANISING COMPANY's IT systems, or the one of its services providers, has probative force.

In the event that one of the clauses of these rules is declared null or non-applicable, this cannot in any case affect the validity of the other clauses of the rules that shall remain in force.

8. Draw

There will be a prize draw, every week, during twelve (12) weeks.

Each APPLICANT is recorded in a table and the winner is selected by fully-randomised draw using the RANDOM NUMBER GENERATION METHOD.

As one site can only win once, the winning site of a draw will be withdrawn from any subsequent ones.

9. Awarding of the prizes

Each winner will be announced on the contest websites:

Each winner will be contacted by Antalis to arrange for prize delivery. The APPLICANT of the winning PARTICIPATING COMPANY shall be personally contacted by the ORGANISING COMPANY. The APPLICANT's professional details may be checked in order to guarantee that they duly meet the participation criteria.

The PARTICIPATING COMPANY and its applicant must confirm acceptance of the prize and of the publicity authorisation stipulated in article 10 below within 5 working days after the draw, by sending a formal acceptance and providing the information necessary for the delivery of their prize. If not done so, the organising company will be entitled to annul the prize and reallocate the prize through another draw.

Delivery of the prize will be agreed between the winners and the organising company. The prize will be delivered free of charge in the strict limit of a total maximum of 4 free of charge deliveries at the address of the winning SITE of the PARTICIPATING COMPANY, to the exclusion of any other address. By default, the first delivery in the amount of 1/4 of the lot won will be delivered within 4 weeks after the winner has confirmed his acceptance. The next 3 deliveries will be scheduled and agreed between the APPLICANT of the winning SITE and the ORGANISING COMPANY. In case the SITE closes-down, deliveries will be interrupted, the remaining of the lot will not be delivered and the prize will be annulled for this remaining part.

The prizes shall be sent under the liability of the carrier, which is solely liable for any delays and damage that occurs in the course of this process.

Prizes that are not picked up by their winners, or that are returned to the ORGANISING COMPANY by the service provider responsible for their delivery, on any grounds whatsoever, shall be considered as abandoned by their recipients and shall no longer be available.

The ORGANISING COMPANY cannot under any circumstances be held liable in case of error or non-distribution of a win notification by e-mail attributable to internet access providers.

The PARTICIPATING COMPANY is not authorised to, and shall not sell the prize. The prize is granted to the PARTICIPATING COMPANY for its own and sole use within the site, to the exclusion of any other use of the prize.

The PARTICIPATING COMPANY is the sole winner of any prize that may be awarded by chance as a result of the draw. The PARTICIPATING COMPANY has sole responsibility for its participation in the OFFICE PAPER CHALLENGE as regards especially, but not limited to, any tax law or regulation related to the prize.

10. Publicity

Any winning PARTICIPATING COMPANY authorises the ORGANISING COMPANY and its affiliated companies to use its names and photographs and / or testimonies of their representatives and employees (and will ensure to get from these persons the express authorisation of the same), thus without compensation other than that of the prize, for the purpose of communicating the OFFICE PAPER CHALLENGE in any media for a one year duration from the end of the OFFICE PAPER CHALLENGE.

The applicant of a winning PARTICIPATING COMPANY authorises the ORGANISING COMPANY to publicise his/her first name, family name, company name,  job role, photographs and/or testimonies for the purpose of communicating the OFFICE PAPER CHALLENGE in any media for a one year duration from the end of the OFFICE PAPER CHALLENGE.
